TERMS OF SERVICE
I, the artist, reserve the right to refuse service to any client for any reason.art commissioned by clients will be digital goods, to be emailed upon completion.
prices will be determined by the complexity and format of the work, agreed upon by client and artist.payment is required up front, in full, via ko-fi, after an initial sketch is greenlit.if client requests a cancellation after this stage, no refund will be provided.if cancellation is initiated by the artist at any point, a full refund will be issued.
commissions posted by client on social media (such as banners, icons, image posts, etc.), will be posted with credit and, if applicable, keep the integrity of watermarks and/or signatures included in the piece.I reserve the right to use commissioned work in professional cases, such as self-promotional work, social media, or portfolios.

HOW TO ORDER
1. check to see if comms are open. you can find this information at the top of this page!2. take a look at my pricing and figure out where your concept best fits3. email me with:
- a message saying you're interested in commissioning me
- the tier that you're looking at commissioning
- a general description of what you want me to draw
- reference images or description
*commissions without reference images may be subject to a $20 price increase to cover extra time spent on design communication4. i'll contact you and we will discuss your commission goals and agree on pricing. i will produce a rough concept sketch, and if approved by you, will open a commission slot via ko-fi for payment via paypal or stripe5. time for completion will range from 1 business day to 4 weeks. cancellation can be requested at any time during this process, as can progress updates. please refer to my terms to learn about cancellations and refunds!6. upon completion, i will email you a finished, unwatermarked image and a watermarked web-friendly piece. i may post finished pieces on my social media or other professional places. if you wish to keep your piece private, please indicate this upon receiving your commission.
